Cancellation Policy

We kindly ask for 24–48 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to offer the time to another guest and support our artists’ schedules.

Appointments canceled late or missed without notice may be subject to a cancellation or no-show fee. Repeated no-shows may require a deposit or prepayment to book future appointments.

If something comes up, please contact us as soon as possible — we always appreciate the courtesy.
